• Your intake form and liability waiver need to be filled out prior to your arrival.

• Parking:

  • We’re located inside the Capizzo Professional Building at 147 County Road in Barrington. When you pull in, park in the lower lot. You’ll see the basement entrance that faces County Road.

  • You may be greeted by our pet therapy dog, Mavis. Please let us know on your intake form if you have aversions or allergies so we can keep her elsewhere during your visit.
